Fresh Baby & Bingocize®

have expanded our strategic partnership!
Bingocize® was created and is supported by Western Kentucky University’s (WKU) Center for Applied Science in Health & Aging. It is a certified NCOA falls prevention program and an approved SNAP-Ed-Toolkit evidence-based intervention. Fresh Baby supports the WKU team by acting as their exclusive sales representatives.

Bingocize® combines exercise and health information with the familiar game of bingo, which is a great, fun way to get older adults moving and socializing. Here’s a quick video to give you a better overview:
Bingocize® is designed to be played twice a week on nonconsecutive days, and each session usually lasts 45-60 minutes.
Currently, there are three workshops to choose from:
  1. Exercise Only
  2. Falls Prevention + Exercise
  3. Nutrition + Exercise

Starting at $750, implementing Bingocize® is easy and affordable.
The startup costs include licensing, training and equipment for 20 participants.
