Ingredients:
- 2-3 Roma Tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 2 Tbsp. Red Onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Gently mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with tortilla chips, rice, beans or grilled meats.
