fresh salsa

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 Roma Tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Red Onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preparation:

Gently mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with tortilla chips, rice, beans or grilled meats.
