Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup vanilla or lemon yogurt
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Preparation:
