This fun and simple game can be played by children (or adults) of any age and only requires three people to get the fun started. Join hands with your group and recite (or sing) the following verse while turning in a circle.
Ring around the rosy,
A pocketful of posies.
Ashes, ashes.
We all fall down!
As the verse ends, do as the last line suggests … You all fall down! Then of course get back up and do it again!
To keep the game fun try making each round different by alternating how you move in a circle. Your group can skip, hop, run, jump, wiggle or any other goofy moves as long as you are all doing it together in one circular direction! Everyone wins in this fun group activity.
