Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1 small can (5 oz.) water-packed tuna, drained
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 strips bacon or turkey bacon, fried and cut in half (optional)
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
Preparation:
Cut avocado in half, remove pit and scoop out the fruit into a small bow. Mash avocado and set aside. In another bowl, mix the tuna and mayonnaise together. Spread tuna on each of tortillas. Next spread avocado on top of the tuna. Place half of a bacon strip on top of the avocado. Fold in the tortilla edges and roll it up. Makes 4 wraps.
